Over 8000 people visit Water museum on New Year holidays per Vodokanal of Saint Petersburg message 11.01.2018 14:37Visitors of Water museum took part in one of the most interesting interactive programmes called “Make It Hot”. They could get acquainted with extraordinary employees of Vodokanal – cancers – and learn about water purification technologies, household pollution types and how snails and cancers help people control air and water quality.
On the eve of New Year parties were held at the platform of “Water Universe” exhibition that was visited by 2749 people.
Interactive programme was organised as a quest. According to the plot young participants had to find a recipe of magic fog that allowed Ded Moroz become invisible at New Year’s night.
Children were looking for a solution all over the museum passing some difficult tests. For example, they were to do paleontological excavation, research unique water properties and play quizzes with fairytale characters. Besides, during the exciting quest children tried to create a small snowbank.
SUE Vodokanal of Saint Petersburg has arranged New Year parties for children since 2005. The events consist of interactive programme with colourful 3D shows, tasks and quests, educational films about water features and chemisrty experiments.
